DR: All right. So, here on Rise and Shine, the word of the day is reflection. What does reflection mean to you?
MS: The word reflection means to me self-evaluation. Um, yeah, I think like more like the self-evaluation. What about you?
DR: Reflection means to me going back to maybe a part where you messed up and where you could do better and then fixing what you did, and ultimately becoming better. I was alone for 7 years, not seeing anybody or anything.
MS: Mmhmm.
DR: It took a lot of time to reflect on myself and loneliness to overcome that.
MS: Ā Mmhmm.
DR: And uh, I feel like I'm a better person for not seeing anyone for 7 years.
MS: I would say it's when I transition into music, you know. Um it kind of, I started reflecting cuz at that point in time, what I was doing before, I wasn't really happy doing, you know what I'm saying?
DR: Ā Mmhmm.
MS: And so it's like I had to reflect on those things and why I wasn't happy and stuff, cuz I really wasn't doing what I was here meant to do, you know. And time, time is honestly the most valuable thing that we have, you know. So, you know, when you reflect sometimes like it makes you upset, but he also makes you happy because where you where you were, where you where you came from and where you going. You know what I'm saying?

I agree with Marq. To me, reflection is a deep thinking about something, like reflecting on past experiences or decisions. Sometimes even memories.
